Before
Before your first session you will be e-mailed a short questionnaire to be completed at least 24 hours prior to your session.
Please wear comfortable fitting clothing, some muscle tests involve moving the legs into raised positions so skirts are not advisable.
Please drink some water a short time before your appointment. It is really helpful if the body is hydrated.
What to Expect
During
During your session I will carry out various muscle tests related to your health concerns.
Every kinesiology session is tailored to the individual and will vary depending where the muscle testing leads us.
We don’t just look at symptoms we look at the body as a whole; mentally, chemically, physically and energetically.
Mentally we look at your emotions, how you are feeling and if you have any suppressed emotions that are weakening your system.
Physically we look at any physical symptoms you may be having as well as structural and muscular issues.
Chemically we will check to see if your body is absorbing and digesting efficiently, food sensitivities, nutritional deficiency and hormone imbalances.
Electrically we will look at not only your physical energy levels but also your internal energy flow, observing Traditional Chinese Medicine principals. During your treatment we will balance meridians and chakras and use centering techniques
Once we have identified any imbalances we use specialist lymphatic massage, energy and emotional work and then advise on nutritional supplements and/or tweaks to your diet that may be needed.
Follow up
Will vary person to person depending on individual needs and severity of the health concerns involved and how long you have had them. I will advise you at the end of your first session if you will need a follow up appointment.
